DIRECTIONS: For best results consume approximately 15–30 minutes before training. First time users should start by mixing 1 scoop (10.8g) with 6-8 fl oz of cold water (more/less water may also be used to attain desired flavor). Mix thoroughly for 10-15 seconds. Agitating the prepared liquid slightly during consumption will help suspend the ingredients long enough to drink. Do not exceed 2 servings/scoops in a 24 hour period.
